From 7 – 10 November 2017 the Dutch Gas Turbine Association (DGTA) organizes the international Frame 6B, 7E & 9E User Conference at the Nhow Hotel in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This is the most excellent opportunity to update your knowledge and your network. Register here for the conference.

Participation is open for all representatives of the GE frame 6B, 7E and 9E gas turbine user companies. We are currently setting up the program of the conference that will be tailor made for operation and maintenance managers and focuses on solutions and best practices to reduce costs while improving operation and maintenance.

The conference encourages participants to discuss with fellow users, GE and Independent Service Providers, allowing everyone to actively participate in sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices.

Price: €850 (Price includes lunches and dinners)

Hotel: The Dutch Gas Turbine Association has made a block booking at Nhow Hotel Rotterdam against negotiated rates. Reservations must be made directly with Nhow with a booking code you receive from DGTA after registration. Travel & hotel expenses are not included in the conference price.

About Gas Turbines

The history of the gas turbine for power generation can date back to the beginning of 20th century when a British engineer, Sir Frank Whittle and a German scientist, Hans von Ohain, independently developed a gas turbine for aircraft propulsion. Also, in the same period, the first gas turbine for power generation was operational in 1939 in Neufchateau, Switzerland. Ever since, the explosion of gas turbine designs in the different parts of the world has never stopped.

About DGTA

The Dutch Gas Turbine Association is a sector association for the gas turbine industry in the Netherlands. The association was established in 1981 with the help of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The main goal is to initiate, encourage and support a broad range of activities, with the aim to strengthen the technological, commercial and labour market position of this gas turbine industry.
